Professor Tim Baines, Aston Business School, is the Executive Director of the Advanced Services 
Group. He specialises in manufacturing operations in industrial engineering, technology 
management, and manufacturing management working with companies including Rolls-Royce, 
Caterpillar, Alstom, MAN and Xerox.
 

Professor Marko Kohtamäki, University of Vaasa, does research on digital servitization, 
organizational change, and strategic practices. He works with companies in strategy-related 
business development crafting strategic analyses, analyzing and developing customer and 
supplier relationships, and helping companies to facilitate business development
