Strategic Project Management
Strategic project management is at a stage where few commercial applications are available for organizations to manage their project portfolios and line them up with strategy. Some have created their own project management information systems. Most use excel tables. The teaching and research in strategic project management seeks to improve this situation in project management both in research and practice.
