Sofi Perikangas

Sofi Perikangas is a doctoral researcher at University of Vaasa, in the School of Management. Their research focuses on the use of co-creation and co-production methods in public management settings. Sofi has a vast experience in strategic service design, helping organisations in creation of new services and organisational transformations. Sofi was the lead designer of Service Integration Design (SID), a systematic co-creation method that supports interprofessional network cooperation and its management.
