Invitation to participate in the Student Barometer 2022 study
The Student Barometer is a survey carried out by the Research Foundation for Studies and Education Otus. It is aimed at students in higher education and its purpose is to collect information on students’ experiences and opinions of their studies, student life, and everyday life. The data produced by the Student Barometer is used to inform research and development projects in areas such as student wellbeing, student activities, the quality of teaching, higher education internships, working life, and housing.

The data will be collected using an electronic survey questionnaire between 9th February and 9th March 2022. The target group of participants comprises students studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finland at that time. You can respond to the survey in Finnish, Swedish, or English. You have received an invitation to participate in the Student Barometer 2022 study. The invitation was sent to your student email 9th of March. Responding to the survey takes around 30-45 minutes. Survey questionnaire is open until 9th March 2022.
Participation in the study is voluntary. Students respond to the survey anonymously and their data will not be combined with data from other sources. The research material will therefore only comprise the data submitted by the respondents themselves. The results will be published in such a way that it will not be possible to identify individual respondents.

The basic results of the Student Barometer will be published in 2022.
