Nyyti News 4/2022
This year its theme is compassion. Students’ Mental Health Day is celebrated on April 13, and there’s a social media campaign around it between April 7–14, our hashtag being #GoodEnough.
Our goal is to encourage conversation about students’ mental health and to invite everyone to support the cause of mental wellbeing. Have you thought about taking part in one of the most important annual student wellbeing events?
You can join the campaign by acting compassionately in your everyday life or by arranging compassion-themed events and activities that promote student wellbeing. In social media, you can share your thoughts on the meaning of compassion and encourage and challenge others to act compassionately. You can also participate in the official social media challenge #GoodEnough
Register your own campaign activities here.
You can also download a social media photo frame with English #GoodEnough which shows you are promoting students’ mental health.
Have you already clicked your way to the campaign Facebook event? We’ll create Students’ Mental Health Day together! Join us – Mind matters!

Nyyti´sn Chat
In April chat, we discuss an achievement-oriented and competitive environment. Does it makes us observe ourselves critically? How should we approach our feelings? Let’s reflect together on what would be a suitable amount of self-criticism, which are the ways to achieve contentment with ourselves and what should we do. Come and chat with others.
- Tue 19th April Self-criticism and sense of insufficiency
