Problems with Lukkarikone have been resolved

On Tuesday 25th of August during 9-10 was Peppi’s monthly version update. The version update is done each month on the last Tuesday at the same time and only affects the use of Peppi by the staff, preventing use for the duration of the update. Students are usually not affected, as students do not yet use Peppi and the services associated with Peppi: Study Guide and Lukkarikone, work normally during Peppi's version update. However, after this version update, problems were found in the transition of the course timetables from Peppi to Lukkarikone. Last week, our application administrator made the same version update to Peppi’s test database and it didn’t cause any problems on the test-Lukkarikone. The supplier has been solving the problem since yesterday and got the problem resolved this morning just after 9am.

We apologize to the students for the inconvenience this has caused.

In the Lukkarikone, students can compile their own study schedule for themselves and see possible overlaps in timetables. Students can also see the detailed schedules of the courses in the Study Guide. As a rule, WebOodi only shows the start and end dates of the courses. Registration for studies (for teaching and exams, excluding EXAM-exams) is done in WebOodi.
