Khaled Fuad

I am a Doctoral student at the University of Vaasa in the school of Technology and innovations aiming at the Doctor of Science in Technology majoring in Electrical Engineering.

My main focus is to develop robust control algorithms for grid-connected converters to perform fault ride-through (FRT) operation during short-duration unbalanced faults. The idea is to improve the FRT capability of grid-connected converters according to modern standards and grid codes.
