Meysam Pashaei

Meysam Pashaei is a Project Researcher at the School of Technology and Innovations at the University of Vaasa, Finland. He brings over seven years of experience to his role, specializing in power system protection and control. Meysam has a strong track record of contributing to research projects, including a recent one funded by Business Finland where he collaborated with industry leaders like ABB and Helen Sähköverkko. His research interests lie in power system protection and control, smart grid applications, and earth fault management. Meysam holds relevant certifications in the power systems field and is a member of IEEE Finland Section and The Finnish National Committee of CIGRE. He is passionate about driving advancements in the energy sector while promoting environmental sustainability.
