Latest issue of the Research News was published
The latest Research News is out now. Research News (RN) is a publication presenting the latest research at the University of Vaasa.
In this issue you can read about the multi-disciplinary energy research at our university. Assistant professor Gianluca Trotta tells about his research on energy economics. Energy and wastewater treatment solutions from algae is the research topic of Liandong Zhu, Erkki Hiltunen and Petra Berg. They are participating together with other Nordic partners in TransAlgae, a new algae research project.
The latest issue also tells about EU funding training programme that the university organised during the academic year 2015-2016. "We learned what the main pitfalls are and what we should focus on", tells assistant professor Karita Luokkanen-Rabetino.
