Graduates Celebrated
The University's Graduation event Publiikki was held on Wednesday the 31st of May. In the event, the graduates received their degree certificates. In May, 93 graduates received their degree certificates.
In the academic year 2016-2017, approximately 360 students will graduate from the University of Vaasa. 10 percent of them are international students.
In addition to handing out the degree certificates, the programme included short speeches by Rector and Deans.
Publiikki is a graduation event of all the faculties of the University of Vaasa and it is arranged twice a year.
