Endurance

Co-funded by the European Union logo

Clusters are essential contributors and intermediaries to the creation of European alliances that support the green transition by channeling expertise and knowledge that will facilitate the sustainable upgrading of the industrial fabric.

ENDURANCE aims to develop a pan-European green accelerator methodology for EU clusters teams to integrate green transition’s strategies in SMEs and startups, spurring their success as companies with purpose and cultivating the next generation of visionary green leaders.

This methodology will be supported by a global syllabus on sustainability, entrepreneurship and innovation and a video toolkit on good practices on green growth and eco-innovation and European Green Deal’s strategies and scenarios. These results will contribute to sustainable growth in the EU by anticipating the important challenge for the coming years in terms of knowledge, abilities, values and attitudes needed to live in, develop and support a sustainable and resource-efficient society, thus spurring the upskilling and reskilling so that workers can thrive in more greener jobs.
