The School’s research focuses on the societal and business challenges brought about by transformational change, innovation, and digitalisation, at system, organisational and individual levels. It deepens our understanding of strategy and business development, people leadership, and the role of good governance. The research positively contributes to sustainable business renewal, public value, and the well-being of employees and citizens.

Current research themes include servitization, business networks, managerial work, global mobility, leadership and management ethics, the governance of complex systems, public sector reforms and innovations, as well as the co-creation of knowledge and societal value.
