Like in Strömsö? How to develop higher education in the era of digitalization?
Peda-forum -conference 16th-17th August 2017 in Vaasa
The aim of the conference is to spread knowledge about teaching and learning at the university, to provide opportunities for the participants to meet interesting people and network with colleagues, as well as to act as a forum for discussion.
The overall theme for this year’s conference is Like in Strömsö? How to develop higher education in the era of digitalization?

With the conference, we hope to bring together teachers, educational developers, co-ordinators, university staff, administrative staff and others interested in the conference topic or in university pedagogy and academic development.
The conference is trilingual. Presentations and workshops can be held in English, Finnish and Swedish. The University of Vaasa is the main organizer of the conference, together with the other universities and universities of applied sciences in Vaasa: Åbo Akademi University, Hanken School of Economics, Vamk and Novia universities of applied sciences.
