Lauri Nyystilä

I am a project researcher in the field of energy technology, specializing in internal combustion engines. I am a member of the experimental sub-team in the Efficient Powertrain Solutions team in the School of Technology and Innovations. I have worked on two large projects during the past five years: in a national project EDGE, where we experimented with edge computing in the control room and in an international project CHEK, where the focus was developing multi-level vessel design platforms by combining energy saving technologies that work together in symbiosis. Both projects involved deep collaboration between companies and research partners.
