Working remotely and hybrid together! A study on loneliness at work and the development of a preventive and remedial approach (LEADIS 2)
The project will produce new knowledge on social well-being at work: work solitude in the context of remote and hybrid work. The research is based on statistical longitudinal data and interview data to be collected. Loneliness at work is a risk for both individuals and work communities, and experiences of loneliness have intensified during the pandemic. The project is developing a development model for the prevention and remediation of work-related loneliness with three organisations.
